- Important Changes coming –

Good morning,

We hope your Christmas and holiday preparations are going well, not long to go now!

There are some important things that we needed to share with you so please read the information below and don't hesitate to ask if you have any questions at all.

Density Limits

The Victorian Government has now lifted density limits for the Health Care and Social Assistance sector! We are so excited about this, as it means that we no longer have to limit your appointments to only having one support person in the room.

We do ask where absolutely possible, that you do limit the number of people coming to appointments. It just helps us to try and ensure everyone is as safe as possible.

Waiting Room

The lifting of density limits means we can open our waiting room! We are so pleased that we can welcome you back into our air conditioned space where it's much more comfortable for everyone.

Due to the ongoing risk of Covid however, we will be putting our books and colouring pencils etc away. If you would like your child to be able to do activities in the waiting room, please do bring them with you.

Vaccinations of children aged 5-11 years

As part of our commitment to protecting all of our clients and team we continue to be a vaccination positive clinic. It is anticipated that the government will announce the rollout of vaccinations for children between the ages of 5 and 11 years in January. Following this announcement, Village Therapy will also require all children within this age range to be vaccinated against Covid 19 in order to access in-clinic services.

There will be a period of time allowed to enable families to book in and receive their full doses. More information about this will be provided once the rollout is announced.

Merry Christmas

Finally, we would like to wish you and your family a very Merry Christmas, and hope that the coming holiday period brings you together with your loved ones after what has been a really challenging year.

Warm regards from us to you,

Michelle Payne
